Young Liberals of Canada (Ontario)

As the largest section of the Young Liberals of Canada, the YLC (Ontario) is a recently created branch of our organization, representing the voice of Young Liberals from the Golden Horseshoe, to the far reaches of Northern Ontario, and everything in between!

Founded in November 2017, we inherit a proud tradition of federal activism from the Ontario Young Liberals – the voice of youth, change and renewal in Ontario’s Liberal parties since its founding as the Ontario New Liberals in the 1970s.

Most recently, Young Liberals across the province made a significant impact during the 2015 election – by knocking on doors, organizing rallies, and even managing campaigns! All of this hard work speaks for itself translating into an astounding 80 seats for the Liberal Family throughout Ontario.

Our executive works with members and clubs throughout the year to plan events, to promote volunteer opportunities with MPs & candidates, to formulate policy for submission, and to facilitate cooperation between Young Liberals Nation-wide!
